Contact
Email support@strategixpartners.ai. Tell us what you were doing and what you saw. If your question is about a product, include the number under its barcode. We can help with how the app and this site work. We cannot give medical advice; questions about your own allergies or surgery belong with your clinician.
A guide looks wrong
Email us the page and the sentence. Every claim links to its source and the exact words it rests on, so we can check it quickly. Corrections are logged on Library updates.
The app
A product was not found. Epitope reads product information from Open Food Facts, a public database volunteers maintain, and from USDA FoodData Central. Some products are in neither. When the information is not there to check, the app tells you so. Always read the label on the package.
A result looks wrong. Trust the label in your hand over the app. Records can be incomplete or out of date, and recipes change. Email us the barcode number and what the label says.
The camera is not scanning. Open Settings on your phone, find Epitope, and turn on Camera. You can also type the number under the barcode.
Where is my information kept? In the app, on your device only. There is no account, and we never receive your profile, journal or cards. To keep a copy, open the Me tab and choose "Export all my data". To delete everything, choose "Erase everything on this device".
